Pay rate:
The starting pay is $18.25 per hour, with gradual increases based on performance evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with laundry services and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to company standards.
- Keep the laundromat clean and organized for a pleasant customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any supply needs to management.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness protocols are followed at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and assist with customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a laundromat or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Physical stamina to lift and move laundry items as needed.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
